  • App usage data: We may collect anonymous, aggregated usage statistics such as feature usage frequency and crash reports to improve the App. This data cannot be used to identify you personally.
  • Website analytics: We may use privacy-respecting analytics to understand how visitors use our Website. We do not use tracking cookies for advertising purposes.

2.3 Information We Do Not Collect

  • We do not collect, store, or transmit any video or audio content from your cameras.
  • We do not collect network topology data, device configurations, or production content.
  • We do not collect information about your NDI or Dante devices.
  • We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

3. Lawful Basis for Processing

Under the UK GDPR, we process your personal data on the following lawful bases:

  • Contract: To provide you with the App and any associated services you have requested.
  • Legitimate interests: To improve the App, respond to support requests, and ensure the security of our services.
  • Consent: Where you have given us explicit consent, for example to receive product update communications. You may withdraw consent at any time.

4. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide, maintain, and improve the App
  • Respond to your support requests and enquiries
  • Send product updates and important notices (with your consent)
  • Diagnose and fix technical issues via anonymous crash reports
  • Comply with our legal obligations

5. Third-Party Services

The App may connect to third-party services at your direction:

  • Mux: If you configure livestream monitoring with Mux, the App communicates with Mux's API using credentials you provide. We do not store your Mux API keys on our servers.
  • YouTube: If you configure YouTube livestream monitoring, the App uses YouTube's API. Your use of YouTube's API is subject to Google's Privacy Policy.

These connections are initiated locally on your Mac and your credentials remain stored on your device.

6. Data Storage and Security

All App data — including camera configurations, presets, scenes, and settings — is stored locally on your Mac. We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect any personal data we hold, including encryption in transit (TLS) for any data sent to our servers.

7. Data Retention

We retain your personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected. Support correspondence is retained for up to 24 months. Anonymous usage data is retained indefinitely in aggregated form.

8. Your Rights

Under the UK GDPR, you have the following rights:

  • Right of access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
  • Right to rectification: Request correction of inaccurate personal data.
  • Right to erasure: Request deletion of your personal data.
